Margot has over 15 years experience in the field of child welfare. She ran the Family Centered Conferencing Program at Community Justice Initiatives for 3 years where facilitated dialogues and FGDM’s were offered. She developed and implemented the Conflict and Communication Coaching Program which is still being utilized by Waterloo Family and Children Services.
